Usually the issues surrounding this are tricky location, expensive parking and congestion fees....with the Edgbaston Stadium it was so easy to find, plenty of free parking, welcoming staff, brilliant location with access to presenting in a professional space looking over the grounds.
It is a good little entertainment place, as there is bowling, mini golf and a cinema. There are a bunch of nice restaurants around to eat. As I live locally, it's one of the best places around/near me.

The hotel is located in a prime location and highly accessible from the public transport. The staff is friendly and cooperative and their service was always quick. I would definitely choose to stay at Hyatt next time I am in Birmingham.
Also we forgot a laptop charger and called to see if we can go collect it ,and the lady who answered said she will return the call in 10 minutes but it turned to be the opposite,she didn’t even call back for feedback if they had found it or not .
Having come from the Genting casino at Edgbaston where only 1 roulette wheel was open, it was a pleasure to see a casino with all games available despite it only being 3pm.
